This policy explains what information our site collects, how we use it and how you can contact us about it. We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers for the purposes described below, not with unrelated businesses for their own mailing lists.

The quiz and optional emails

You can take the quiz and see your score without giving us your email address. Your answers stay in the page while you take it. Separate analytics record quiz activity and may record your score and result category, even if you do not sign up.

If you choose the email option, you must check a box confirming you are 18 or older and agreeing to five short emails. We do not ask for your date of birth or age.

When you submit that form, we store your email address, seven answers, calculated score and result category. We also keep the exact consent wording and version, the time and source of consent, browser information called a user agent, and the signup outcome. If enrolled, the record can include the email service's subscriber identifier and enrollment time.

These records let us document your permission, deliver the requested emails and avoid restarting a sequence or reactivating an unsubscribed address. Consent and score records can be saved even when email enrollment is not enabled.

When email enrollment is enabled, Kit receives your email address, score, result category and consent version, time and source to send the sequence.

Event interest and messages to us

Our site has records for event interest signups. These can contain an email address, name, attendance preference, note, signup source and time. We use information submitted for event interest to respond and communicate about that interest.

The current live-event page is a rescheduling notice and does not show an event interest signup form.

If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you include in your message so we can reply and help. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or sensitive personal information.

Purchases and course delivery

Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe's pages. We do not see or store card numbers.

Stripe sends us checkout information needed to deliver your purchase, including your email address, name when supplied, checkout identifier, payment-link or product information, purchase amount and currency.

We use Kit for course delivery emails and newsletters or other emails you agree to receive. For purchase delivery, Kit receives your email address and first name when available, and may receive the product name and delivery link.

After purchase, download links give you access to your digital materials. We also record visits to delivery pages outside the learning area.

Site activity and browser storage

Outside the learning area, we record site activity to understand which pages and offers are useful and improve the site. Records include an event name, time, page path, a randomly generated browser-session identifier and campaign information from links, such as source, medium, campaign and content.

Events include page and delivery-page visits, quiz starts and question progress, result views, successful email signups, offer and quiz link clicks, catalog views, example-task choices, prompt-copy clicks and print clicks. Extra details can include quiz score and category, question number, chosen task, clicked link or offer information. The analytics function does not add your email address to these event records.

Session storage keeps the random session identifier and campaign information in your browser for that tab's session. It is not a saved account or lesson score.

The site's technical account-session support can use local storage to keep an authentication session if one is present. You do not need an account for the free learning pages. Those pages do not save lesson choices in cookies or local storage.

Third-party services

• Lovable Cloud: provides site hosting and database services for signup, consent and analytics records. Technical logs may record requests and errors to help keep the site working. Error reports can include the page path, error message and technical details.
• Kit: handles course delivery and consent-based email communications, subscriber records and unsubscribe status.
• Stripe: handles checkout and payment processing on its pages and sends us purchase information for fulfillment.
• Meta Pixel: loads outside the learning area for advertising measurement. It reports page views and selected events, including homepage content views, a Lead event with score and result category when the quiz is completed, checkout interest and purchase events. The quiz Lead event does not require an email signup. Meta may use cookies and receive browser or device information, page information and network information such as your IP address.
• Meta Conversions API: the purchase relay can send Meta a purchase amount, currency, checkout event identifier and a hashed email address when configured. Hashing changes the email into a coded value, but Meta can still use it to match an account. This helps measure purchases and avoid counting the same purchase twice.
• Google Analytics 4: the site includes a conditional loader that runs only when a measurement identifier is configured. It is not enabled in the inspected configuration. If enabled, it can use cookies and receive page, browser and device information for usage measurement outside the learning area.
• Google Fonts: supplies the fonts used on many pages, including learning pages. Your browser requests font files from Google, which can receive technical request information such as your IP address. This is separate from Google Analytics.

These services process information under their own privacy terms as well as their arrangements with us. Meta measurement involves sending information to Meta even though we do not sell personal information.

Free learning and children

The site is not directed to children under 13. Youth learning pages require no account, have no signup form and collect no child data through the lessons. Nothing a learner chooses there is saved or sent to us.

The learning area at /learn and its subpages is excluded from Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and our first-party activity recording. Ordinary hosting, font requests and technical error handling may still occur; they are not lesson-choice collection.

If a parent believes a child gave us personal information, please contact hello@getaifinally.com and we will delete it.

How long we keep information

There is no fixed automatic deletion period currently configured for quiz, consent, event interest or analytics records. These records may remain stored until they are deleted.

We keep information for the purposes described here, including delivery, support, consent evidence, unsubscribe handling and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to request deletion. Some consent, transaction or unsubscribe records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or prevent unwanted emails.

Service providers may keep their own records under their retention policies. Browser session storage normally ends when the tab's session ends; local storage and third-party cookies can remain until cleared or expired.

Your choices and requests

Use the unsubscribe link in a Kit marketing email to stop those emails. You can also email us to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel a purchase or necessarily stop essential purchase-support messages.

To request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, email hello@getaifinally.com. We may ask for enough information to confirm that the request is yours before releasing or deleting records.

You can manage or block cookies and clear local or session storage in your browser settings. Blocking these features may affect some services. The site does not currently provide an on-page cookie preference control.

Security

We use safeguards such as encrypted connections, restricted access to stored signup records and verification of payment notifications. No website, email system or storage method can guarantee complete security.
